3. There will be a “meetings” option; select this option
4. Poll report button for report type
5. You have select a date range
6. Click “Generate” for the desired meeting
7. Export Your Results
8. On the same page as the previous steps, now select the “Download” a poll report as a CSV file

Review the results that you have downloaded. Keep an eye out for trends or things that stand out. It is easy to focus on the negative results but remember to pay attention to the positive feedback as well. That tells you what is going well.
