Workshop Details
Are you a busy professional? Do you work in sectors like education, law, and healthcare? If so, you can easily develop compassion fatigue. As a result, many people find themselves on the verge of burnout constantly. This workshop creates space for busy people to make wellness a priority as a pathway in order to prevent burnout. During the experience, participants will interact with art, music, and text to explore themes related wellbeing and self care. Participants will learn about the various types of self care and ways to incorporate self care into busy schedules. Participants will walk away with tangible ways to create sustainable self care practices and make their mental health a priority.
