Workshop Details
During this workshop, you will learn the Five A’s by utilizing the following formula: Attitude + Acknowledge + Adjustment + Affirming + Action = Personal Accountability. By mastering this equation, you will begin to understand that to live life whole, you must be able to function holistically; physically, mentally, and emotionally.
In short, the formula works as follows:
Attitude – Mentally preparing to become accountable for your own life outcomes.
Acknowledge – Understanding and confirming that in order to be personally accountable, there are certain steps that will need to be taken to re-defining your existence.
Adjustment – Utilizing tools and resources to cleanse the mind, body, and spirit to refine who you are.
Affirming – Solidifying which attributes need to be strengthened OR weakened.
Action – Taking the corrective steps required to adjust those attributes that were affirmed based upon your own personal values system.
