It takes capital to run an organization. This session will discuss what a sound fundraising plan is needed for a nonprofit organization. A financial plan for a nonprofit organization is quite similar to a business plan for any for-profit company. Rather than focusing on the services you plan to provide, its main emphasis should be on the money. Specifically, this includes where you plan to get money, how you will get it, where you plan to spend it, and the amounts.

Dr. Orletta Caldwell is the owner of Beyond Existing Enterprises, LLC. (BEE) BEE's concept is to partner with nonprofit organizations in building and sustaining successful organization. BEE specializes in nascent organizations; however, it will work with all nonprofits.
