Even our best players get hurt. Being able to see an injury before it happens is a skill that every coach should have when looking at a student athlete. When a great player has a mechanical imbalance, they become compromised, and can injure themselves, when performing routine movements. A balanced athlete gives you the best possible chance at success, and staying injury free for as long as possible. Most coaches have plenty of tools to assess their players for skills and talent in their sport. But very few have the ability to see if an athlete is compromised with an injury on the horizon. And “hope” is not a strategy. This workshop will demonstrate to coaches how to evaluate their players for mechanical imbalances, movement tendencies, and give them corrective exercises to condition their athletes, and even restore balance where needed. Not only will a coach now gain a competitive advantage, but they will also produce healthier athletes.
