As an overcomer of many obstacles, Vickey’s own personal life experiences and deciding to take control of her own life prompted her desire to help and share what she has learned through her own journey to personal accountability with others who share similar life experiences. Although proud to have earned a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership and written an ebook on emotional intelligence, she considers herself as an ordinary girl whose biggest accomplishment was to earn a PHD in life! Vickey is also a program facilitator who has led in-house corporate workshops on leadership and personal/professional development, as well as k-12 workshops at educational conferences.
