Bio

Susan Holmes-Walker, PhD, RN is a healthcare professionals with years of work experience in a wide variety of settings.
Her mission is to provide education to increase knowledge and understanding of the principles of equitable, inclusive health care for medical professionals and the general public. This education includes exploring how implicit bias has a negative impact on the delivery of quality health care.
Dr. Holmes-Walker has degrees from the University of Michigan- Ann Arbor, including a Doctor of Philosophy, and a Post-Master’s Certificate from Michigan States University and maintains a registered nurse license in Michigan and Florida.
