I am a learning facilitator, coach and trainer who has a passion for bringing solutions to life. I bridge gaps, was pains and help solve problems. I am an ardent proponent of the  of the power of  Mastermind. I have facilitated accountability groups for job searchers and have worked as a outplacement coach and trainer for myself and a local company.

I have spent over ten years in workforce development helping students gain certification in QuickBooks, Business Communication, Leadership and Customer Service and other nice programs.

My professional experience includes over 20 years in pharmaceutical and medical equipment sales for some of the most prestigious companies around.

I have customized training for mindset training, effective listening, customer service and personal brand development in partnership through The K&A Experience. This boutique systems places emphasis on an transformational experience to make learning impactful.
