Bio

Hello! I’m Erika Hatfield & I have worked as a photographer for over 13 years and began teaching photography in my home studio in 2018. Now, I mentor aspiring photographers and teach photography online for all ages. I have two degrees in education and am a Certified Professional Photographer with Professional Photographers of America. My goal for all of my students is for them to find their own unique path with photography, taking their skills to the next level using whatever gear they have available. My photography classes are all focused on hands-on learning and we spend a lot of time taking photos during live workshops. Whether you’d like to learn how to capture better snapshots of family, use your camera settings, or create content for social media – I look forward to working with you and helping you learn some easy ways to improve your imagery.
