    Carol is knowledgeable and personable. She cares that the student is getting something out of the training. As this was a "high level overview" of the MS Teams application, there wasn't a need for hands-on by the student. I still took plenty of notes for further research.

Bio

Carol is a seasoned facilitator and course creator, with nearly 30 years in learning and development. She has worked across various industries including, non-profit, financial services, education, natural resources, retail, consumer goods, technology and communications. She has designed, developed and delivered leadership, self empowerment, personal development, functional skill-based and technology application learning programs. Carol is passionate about helping learners reach the next level.

Although not a Microsoft employee, contractor or partner, Carol offers a wide variety on sessions on applications included in the Microsoft 365 suite including Teams, Viva, Power Platform, Excel, Word and PowerPoint to name a few. Carol is an ex-contractor with Microsoft, her last role on a client training team.

Carol also offers courses in spiritual practices such as meditation and manifestation, intuition and psychic awareness which include mediumship and tarot readings and personal development session like time management and emotional intelligence.
