    This workshop was very insightful and helpful! Mike provided great insight on how to use ChatGPT and best practices. Only suggestion I would have is to provide examples of what to write in ChatGPT in the presentation slides for future reference.

    Outstanding information. Easy to understand, even for those of us who have not been using Chat GPT. Batman walked me though how to get my license, had me do a few exercises, and had me off and running as if I’d been doing this forever. Not only was he insightful, he was patient, and made this go so easy for me…and for everyone else. This is a hands on, highly interactive session, one worth every penny spent and more!!

Mike started Wayne Technologies to find a better and more scalable way to advance the methodology of sourcing, its technologies, and its practitioners.

He now works with early startups to Fortune 100 companies to create talent maps, build pipelines, and find Qualified, Interested, and Available candidates efficiently and at scale. He also provides sourcing and recruitment training to organizations and advisorship to HR Tech companies. 

Mike is a proud member of the neurodiverse community.  He also gets bored easily in his personal life so he gets involved in a wide range of activities including; he’s an indoor cycling instructor, whiskey aficionado, audiophile, he’s in Seminary, he runs half marathons (slowly), is getting into photography, loves dogs (specifically his 2 Aussies), he loves traveling and scuba diving with his wife – who is the most interesting and graceful person he’s ever met.

Also, he runs a global Discord server for recruiters/sourcers and is sometimes Batman.
