This workshop takes a realistic approach to positivity in the workplace by highlighting examples and reviewing explanations of terms that are relevant to our everyday understanding of human behavior and mental processes. We’ll address the concept of happiness, positivity, and gratitude in order to set a foundation for understanding both the interpersonal and intrapersonal workings of the business environment. We’ll also review theories regarding how personal stability affects workplace well-being.
