Workshop Details
We get feedback all the time–formally such as in annual reviews and informally such as that casual remark that passes some kind of judgment on us—positive or negative. We use that feedback to judge how others are perceiving us and to make adjustments in our performance. But not all feedback is created equal and we don’t always make constructive use of feedback.
Participants will learn practical tools for
- soliciting useful feedback from peers and superiors
- evaluating feedback and using feedback so that we can improve our performance without sabotaging our self-confidence.
This workshop has our standard refund policy.
Dr. Walker shared valuable information about leadership and made me reflect on ways I can improve my leadership skills.
