Workshop Details

Leadership involves using your expertise, skills, relationships, and personal authority to influence your world in a positive way. Often women think that they aren’t leaders unless they hold a hierarchical leadership role. As a result, they hesitate to see themselves as leaders or behave as leaders until they are appointed to formal leadership roles. However, you can lead from any level. In this interactive workshop, we will

• Explore the concepts of leading up, down and sideways

• Identify the traits and skills required to lead in each direction

• Examine habits and self-limiting behaviors that hinder women from inhabiting leadership roles

This workshop has our standard refund policy.

Melissa, thank you for your expertise! You helped everyone feel comfortable (as possible, I think) talking about what can be a pretty powerful, intense topic ... the title is a great hook ... it lends a helpful metaphor and is a lively way to engage with the material.

Also, the platform is great for the before & after of an online workshop.
